The House Democrats have stopped the state’s data center tax giveaway for three years—delivering the strongest freeze in the country.

While Republicans tried to strip health care from 40,000 Arizonans, Democrats fought back and stopped those cuts. Instead of data center giveaways, Democrats invested millions in food security, affordability, and provided relief for working families by cutting taxes on tips and overtime while providing seniors with a $6,000 tax deduction and expanding tax relief for child care.
